From your idea to the day that we walk in the door with your custom piece of furniture art, all the work is done inside our factory. You get an affordable price without the mess of remodeling inside your home. Here's how it works...
It all starts with an idea.
Your idea starts the whole process. Tell us what you want and exactly how you want it to look. We'll go over it together, select the type of wood or other material and then draw up a plan that fits what you've imagined.
We help you perfect the plan.
From there, we draw mechanical plans and create what we call a cut list for your materials. These then go to the building department, and that's where the magic begins.
Our detailed attention bring ideas to life.
Your wood is cut in the milling department, and then passed along to one of our skilled craftsmen to begin the actual building of your project. Once your job has been built, we will call you and invite you down to look it over before it goes into the finish booth. When you have inspected it, together with your builder and designer, it moves into the sanding department.
Finally, immaculate care is given & delivered.
From the sanding department it moves into the finish booth where your final touches are completed. When your project has been finished and cured, it then gets loaded onto one of our delivery trucks and brought to you with White Glove Service.
White Glove Service means that we do our custom carpentry without having your home taped off for weeks on end. The only time we are in your house is to bring in the final product, perfectly fitted to it's final resting place.
We also guarantee that "It Will Last Forever" with no more maintenance than a damp cloth. If you ever have problems with warping, cracking or ill-fitting parts, we'll come out and fix them for free. Good thing we make it right the first time, or we'd be busy!
